The Marketplace Team has blogged about Windows Vista and Office 2007 going up on the Windows Marketplace for purchase and download on January 30th, 2007. You will be able to download the following SKUs from Windows Marketplace:
- Windows Vista Business
- Windows Vista Home Basic
- Windows Vista Home Premium
- Windows Vista Ultimate
- Office 2007 Home and Student
- Office 2007 Pofessional 2007
- Office 2007 Standard 2007
These will be available at their suggestion retail value. The Windows Vista editions will be available in English only and you will be able to choose 32 bit or 64 bit versions of each edition. You can use the new Digital Locker to download Windows Vista on Windows XP and do the upgrade.
